They say that experience is the best teacher but, when it comes to the realm of intimacy, there’s no harm in a little pre-education. Sex is a deeply personal journey, one that often carries a multi…
Newborn Must Haves
There are a ton of baby products everywhere so it can be difficult to know which items to get for your newborn and which ones not to. Before I had my first child, I was definitely overwhelmed by the numerous baby products available – and the stores too. Where should I get my baby stuff? Amazon? Walmart? Babies R Us? The options are endless.
I ended up buying several baby products from different stores – some I loved and some I didn’t use that much. Here are some newborn must haves that I loved:
- Earth Mama Organic Nose and Cheek Balm
Run, don’t walk, to get this product, especially if your newborn has eczema! It’s such an amazing product that really works. Within a few days, my baby’s eczema had cleared up. Although it says it’s a nose and cheek balm, you can use it all over your baby’s face.
2. Diaper Genie Pail
This probably has been one of the most used baby products because of the number of diapers I changed daily!
3. WONDERHOO Folding Diaper Change Table
This product is no longer available so I’ve linked a similar product that’s available on Amazon. This changing table was so sturdy despite it also being portable. It had side storage to put the diapers and any other baby products as well as storage at the bottom. I loved it!
4. Graco Modes Pramette Travel System
There are so many strollers out there that it can be hard to decide which one works for you. Initially, I wasn’t going to order this because I saw some bad reviews on Amazon but, when I went into Babies R Us, the Sales Associate recommended it and showed me how to use it so I had to get it. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The infant car seat was so easy to move in and out of the car and the stroller system was so easy to open and fold. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me!
5. Johnson’s Lavender Bedtime Baby Wash, Shampoo and Lotion
These products smelled divine and they were very soothing! After nighttime bathtime, my baby would easily fall asleep.
6. Jolly Jumper Nursing Pillow
This nursing pillow was comfortable and not as hard as other ones on the market. It was also relatively easy to clean.
7. Water Wipes
If you’re like me and don’t want to use scented baby wipes with tons of chemicals, the Water Wipes are a perfect fit!
8. Bblüv – Trimö – Electric Nail Clipper
I was scared to cut my newborn’s nails but this electric nail clipper made it a breeze! It doesn’t hurt your little one and it’s not complicated to use.
9. Fisher-Price Whale of a Tub
This tub has a removable seat for your newborn baby to sit on during bathtime and, when they get a little bigger and can sit on their own, you can remove the seat and they can sit directly in the tub.
10. Babyganics Baby Laundry Detergent
Link
This laundry detergent is gentle and fragrance free. It’s great for newborn babies!
